AVAC has continued to build upon its collaboration success to advise not only in England, but also in Wales upon:

The Alliance National Leisure Development Framework

The innovative brain child of one of AVAC's clients, this bespoke framework and call-off contract has been developed by AVAC and offers to the countries of the United Kingdom a mechanism to procure leisure development projects and other leisure services contracts from this one stop shop.  The goal was also to ensure a successful framework which would provide the client a profit to be re-invested in local communities.

The Social Care Framework Package

An interesting framework development which utilises the Procurement Law process of the Light Touch Regime in a manner designed to engage service providers to fulfil the obligations of the Contracting Authorities when faced with difficult and ever changing socio-economic factors and decreased financing.

photovoltaic and landfill energy

AVAC is currently working in collaboration with clients to procure innovative solutions ensuring that all community buildings within a particular borough receive their electricity through private wiring from landfill and connected PV sites, with the final intention to achieve the production of electricity to fuel the cars of the future.

Such Projects have also included Research and Development initiatives relating to :

Sustainable Energy

Deep Water Ground Geothermal pumps within Manchester - as a source of heating academic blocs-  unfortunately the exciting and innovative solution could not meet Defra time-frames, but this was a true source of inspirational and informative work.

Joint venture developments

AVAC has worked with public and private sector entities to establish joint venture companies to effectively deliver re-generation projects to re-vitalise communities by building new homes, and mixed use developments.
